Backyard in Springfield, VA

Project Summary

The project aimed to transform a neglected backyard in Springfield, VA, into a lush and inviting outdoor space. Faced with a yard overrun by weeds, thick brush, and small trees, our team was tasked with extensive clearing and preparation work before enhancing the lawn area with new sod. The client’s vision was to have a backyard that not only looked appealing but was also functional for family activities. To prepare the yard for sod and planting, we applied 2″ of topsoil with compost and added starter fertilizer. We then installed tall Fescue sod grass and staked the hill areas.
